This annual report highlights the state of the North American real estate market, including commercial, housing, and more. It is illustrated with charts and graphics that highlight trends and what the market can expect in the next year and beyond.

The 2025 edition is the first time the US Creative team has created a PDF file to accompany a web page. The interactive web experience is a custom-built destination created in Ceros with animated charts made in Flourish. The compressed timeline with content delivery and graphics creation posed a significant challenge, so the creative team developed a specialized process for stakeholders to review and comment.

The design is color-coded for each section using a color palette combination of the two brands, PwC and ULI. Publication is a 138-page PDF that can be downloaded from the home page which is one of the most visited pages on pwc.com. Interactive experience and PDF were launched simultaneously during a live kickoff event.
